Hi, I'm Aura De Los Santos, a Clinical and Educational Psychologist with over 9 years of experience in mental health and education. I've had the opportunity to work with people from around the world, which has helped me develop a strong ability to connect with diverse cultures and understand different life experiences.
My training includes two master's degrees in education and research, along with specialized courses in various areas of mental health and education. This foundation allows me to bring evidence-based approaches to my work while tailoring therapy to each client's unique needs.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in my practice.
