Hi, I’m Clarina an experienced specialist counsellor and coach with a focus on trauma, loss, and the ways these experiences can show up as anxiety, stress, and burnout. I’ve been passionate about psychology for as long as I can remember, and since 2009, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through everything from general life challenges to more complex and traumatic crises. My goal is to help you heal, recover, and build resilience in a way that feels safe and empowering.

I have extensive experience working in multicultural environments, supporting individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Every client is unique, and I take time to develop treatment plans tailored to your specific needs. My approach blends talk therapies, coaching, and brain-based strategies to help regulate emotions, rewire unhelpful patterns, and build healthy coping skills.

I’m deeply committed to staying informed and bringing the latest research and expert knowledge into my practice. Currently, my research explores how trauma is subconsciously stored in the mind and body, which informs the techniques I use to help clients understand and release long-held patterns that may be affecting their well-being.
