Hi, I’m Mahathi. I’m a counseling psychologist with over five years of experience practicing in both the U.S. and India. I hold an MSc in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Jacksonville University, Florida. My journey into mental health was inspired by witnessing a close friend struggle, which fueled my commitment to guiding others through life’s challenges and supporting their emotional well-being.
In the U.S., I specialized in crisis stabilization and eating disorder recovery, gaining experience in treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and personality disorders, particularly borderline personality disorder. Since returning to India, I’ve expanded my focus to workplace mental health, helping clients manage work-related stress, financial pressures, and achieve a healthy work-life balance.
My approach combines evidence-based techniques with empathy and cultural sensitivity. I aim to create a supportive and non-judgmental space where you feel understood, empowered, and guided toward personal growth and resilience.
