Hi, I’m Maya, a psychologist trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience and a Master’s in Developmental Disorders from the University of Nottingham, and I’m a graduate member of the British Psychological Society.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across Dubai, Spain, and Egypt, providing evidence-based therapy for children, teens, and adults. My approach is person-centered and collaborative, focused on helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and life transitions with understanding and confidence.
