Her areas of focus include navigating daily life challenges, stress, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, attachment issues, PTSD, grief, emotional regulation, interpersonal relationships, assertiveness, personal development, self-esteem, psychoeducation, and mindfulness. And she is always eager to learn more, continually seeking out new approaches to enhance the care she provides.
