Hi, I’m Fatima. I am a Licensed, CBT-certified Clinical Psychologist based in Dubai, UAE, with over 8 years of experience supporting individuals on their mental health journeys. I specialize in diagnosing and treating a wide range of psychological conditions including Anxiety, Depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Personality Disorders.
Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse range of clients across the UAE and Pakistan, allowing me to gain deep insight into the cultural, social, and emotional contexts that shape people’s lives in this region. This understanding enables me to offer therapy that is not only evidence-based but also culturally sensitive and respectful of each client’s unique background and values.
In addition to my expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I also offer Islamic Integrated Therapy and Counseling for clients who wish to incorporate faith and spirituality into their healing process.
