Hi, I’m Howra, a dedicated and compassionate psychologist passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s emotional challenges with understanding and care. My professional journey has been shaped by my work in military and public hospitals in Pakistan, where I’ve had the opportunity to support clients facing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, and body image issues. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the resilience of the human spirit and strengthened my belief in the power of therapy as a tool for healing and self-discovery.
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and rooted in the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT). I aim to create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Together, we’ll work to uncover the underlying patterns that may be holding you back, develop practical coping strategies, and strengthen your emotional resilience.
