Hi, I’m Shamyle, and over the years I’ve come to see the therapeutic process much like life itself as delicate balancing act. My work with clients involves supporting them through life’s more complex and tender chapters. I bring both metaphors and symbolism alongside biopsychosocial frameworks of human functioning to co-create a more compassionate and meaningful perspective on life. In our sessions, there will be warmth, wit, reflection, a few tears, laughter, and the full range of what makes us human all in service of your healing and growth.
Having worked across Dubai, Pakistan, and Canada, I offer a globally informed and culturally attuned approach to therapy one that honors both your story and the context that shapes it. My work focuses on long-term healing from trauma and attachment wounds, as well as helping clients navigate anxiety, identity shifts, and adjustment challenges through life’s transitions. I often work with expats, high-achieving professionals, new parents, couples, and neurodiverse individuals, supporting them as they rediscover balance, meaning, and connection.
